Notes:
** Please note one Author registration covers ONLY ONE accepted paper. If an author is a co-author of other accepted paper(s) and they would like to register those paper(s) under their name as well then an additional amount of USD $200 need to be paid for each of those paper(s). All papers need to be registered before the early-bird registration deadline.

Registration fees include: Conference kits, publication cost and admission to all sessions. Additional dinner ticket can be purchased and paid online at USD $80 per person.

1. To use the IEEE registration rate, the registrant needs to provide his/her IEEE membership no in registration.

2. To use the student registration rate, the student needs to provide his/her supervisor's contact information in registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation/refund requests must be provided in writing with registration invoice and emailed to info@fmlds.org by 01 October 2025. An administrative fee of USD $100 will be charged for each refund.

All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to info@fmlds.org by 01 October 2025. The registration rate difference will apply depending on the category of the new registration. All transfer requests received after 01 October 2025 will be charged an additional admin fee of USD $100.
